– Our secret is based on traditional production, just as it was done when we started in 1875: we take care of the plants and harvest the product at its optimum maturation time, we wash and condition the fruit with care, simmering and packing in the most natural way. Just as it has traditionally been done at home, with the aim of preserving the delicious taste and natural aroma of the fruit.
